I have set out and gained 30 lbs eating like CRAP! I tried to workout as usual, however, it became so much more difficult with 30 extra pounds! I couldn't do as many pull-ups, I recently put out a hugely disappointing number on the first "CrossFit open" of only 82 burpees in 7 minutes, when I should have easily gotten 100.
I will be using this site to show what I'm eating, what exercise I'm doing and transforming before your eyes. I will come full circle, 360 degrees in 60 days. My first goal is to get under 200 lbs in 3 weeks and have it all come from PURE FAT! Weigh In #1 (All very raw footage, no editing, just real life).
My wife, Crystal, is doing this as well so you will see it from a woman's perspective too. You will be able to use this site to see what we are doing, but to also get recipes, meal plans, inspiration, workouts, resources and overall GREAT health information!
100 lbs in 90 Days?!
I'm also working 1-on-1 three times per week, for 15-20 minute "BLAST TRAINING" workouts, with a man named Sean. We WILL hit 100 lbs weight loss in 90 days!! We are shooting video on his journey and it's going to be a phenomenal. BIG NEWS!!!!!! Sean already loss 23 POUNDS in 7 DAYS!!! He has accomplished this by doing exactly what I will be suggesting to all of you!

That's all you do! I suggest keeping a diary of your own, maybe even a video diary...figure out WHY you want to accomplish whatever goal it is that you are shooting for...and DO IT!!
